At Golden Arches Unlimited, we want you to love your McDonald’s gear as much as a World Famous Fry. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
